Victoria Sponge

 My Victoria sponge with home made dandelion marmalade,raspberries, strawberries and blueberries topped with a wild Hibiscus flower. I used Hugh Fernley-whittingstall recipe out of The River Cottage Family Cookbook and it is truly amazing.....I will definitely use this recipe every time now, yum yum!
